Definitely Shumlin, given that he's signed into law single-payer for Vermont.

Malloy and Dayton would probably be the next best ones, given their signing off on expanding the right to organize for home care workers iirc.

i was kidding.  i really like malloy.  not sure i like the part about organizing home health care workers, though.

Seriously, you are a right-winger.

But anyway, Shumlin and Brown are pretty good; I guess they're my favorites, but I guess we'll see if anyone else good shows up in the next 2-4 years.
