Is this drawing happening imminently?  Btw:

So I guess Castro doesn't count as having a 2% polling average, if it's just 8?  IIRC, there was some question about that.

Yeah, all the reports earlier this week were that the lottery was going to take place this Friday morning at 30 Rock in New York City. They only have 20 minutes left for it to be the morning.

It's happening at noon. Drawing is closed to the press, even NBC. Only campaign representatives are allowed in.

There's this though:

I'd argue that this is good for her for at least the first debate. Warren has the opportunity to go heavy on policy and her plans. Go really positive and set the tone for both debates. Then hope that in July to get the chance to contrast against someone like Biden.

They announced the podium placement for both nights:

Night One:
de Balsio - Ryan - Castro - Booker - Warren - O'Rourke - Klobuchar - Gabbard - Inslee - Delaney

Night Two:
Williamson - Hickenlooper - Yang - Buttigieg - Biden - Sanders - Harris - Gillibrand - Bennet - Swalwell

I hope they never do debates like this again. A debate that takes place in two different sessions is actually useless, the threshold should have been higher.

It's too far out to have anything that is too restrictive. I think the current plan works for the Summer, before then upping the standards in the Fall.

So far I think Harris and Buttigieg have been doing the best.

Agreed, but I don't think Biden has done anything to ruin him, which is a plus for him.

Biden just whopped Kamala in that exchange

Haha, what? He rambled incoherently to legitimate criticism.

EW, stop it with the executive action Kamala.  Biggest turnoff.

Best answer on guns. She's moving up on my list.

"When my side does it, its not illegal"

Nothing she proposed would be outside the purview of Presidential powers as shown by Trump's ban on bump stocks.

This forum's hatred of Harris makes me like her even more.

Agreed

Agreed that Sanders rebounded pretty well there on military action.

Nothing said tonight is worse than the crimes Trump has committed as President.
