Not saying that’s what happened, but it’s definitely a possibility we need to be conscious of.

It appears SOME PEOPLE have neglected to read the title of this thread closely. If you are trying to convince people you are innocent, you don't ask a question that the prosecution can easily answer, especially when it fits perfectly into their case for why the defendant is guilty!
