Unfortunately I'm not in a choir right now.. but I was consistently in one from 1994-2008... as a baritone, 2nd and 1st tenor.. though my best range is 2nd tenor.  I can do those high notes but it really starts to hurt after a while.

And no BRTD, screaming is not a singing voice.  That's just unnecessary, irritating noise.. not unlike running a Kirby vacuum cleaner next to your bed while you're trying to sleep.

nope. i suck yet it doesn't stop me. hehehe my voice just aint build for modern music. Tongue
Mine either.  My voice is much more appropriate for choral music.  Modern pop music just has no use for a hot tenor vibrato.  Tongue  Unless you're Michael Bublé... he's so hot right now.
