**Odd one, and since Athens and Rome have similar climates and cultures, Riga makes for a good contrast.

I object! You are intentionally splitting the Mediterranean climate vote in order to make cold weather win.

Where was it supposed to go alphabetically anyway? It won by a large margin last round! And as you can see, the Western Europhilia is winning out over climate anyway.
