Are you crazy?  I very much agree with most of your list, but Phil Gordon is a slimy gangster in this state and runs a sanctuary city out of Phoenix.  Look I don't like Brewer, but Gordon, along with the republican that aids him, Andrew Thomas the county attorney, are crimelords.  If you're going to pick a random democrat out of our state pick Goddard or Mitchell, though both are still statists, they're better than Gordon.

Minister, I wasn't aware Neil Giuliano switched parties.  He was republican when he was mayor of Tempe.
