My congessman (Steve Israel) is very good.  The RINO that retired from NY27 was good too.

Israel is very good also, I'll trade you Pete King for him anyday.

The Colbert Report's "Better Know a District" is absolutely brilliant.  So are his interviews with basically all public officials.  I especially enjoyed when he asked Rod Blagojevich if he was "the gay governor."
The Blagojevich interview was from "The Daily show" not the Colbert report
