We're starting, of course, with Alabama

Jim Folsom, Jr. (D) for Lieutenant Governor, 2006 (classic)

Tim James (R) for Governor, 2010 (another classic)

Roy Moore (R) for Governor, 2010 (hard to beat that one)

Sue Bell Cobb (D) for Chief Justice ("let her shine", WTF...)

Troy King (R) for Attorney General, 2006 (looks pretty much like a sex offender himself)

Rick Barber (R) for Congress (bad acting with bad costumes is bad)

Now, we're in Mississippi

Thad Cochran (R) for Senate, 2008 (easily the most self-pleasing ad I've seen for far)

John Arthur Eaves (D) for Governor, 2007 (I can't even comment this stuff):

Personally, I think you're really bad at picking out "dumb political ads." Most of these seem southern and faith-based, not dumb.

All right, Mr. Prude. Let's call these amusing ads.
