Which posters do you have on ignore?

Ignoring is a pointless feature. I bet most of you can't resist clicking "show" from time to time.

Nope, I don't ever "show" things. Such a thing would be like a human stopping to talk to a mosquito as it sucks the blood out of your skin and brings back only disease.

In some cases, some other poster quotes the poster ignored in a thread, so I'll see it anyway.

I had only one user on it, until I accidentally turned their posts back on one day. Eventually, I decided not to re-instate them on ignore -- it's important to hear other voices. Even if they're irritating, I can have a good laugh, if nothing else

Just to state this...none of the people on my ignore list are on there because of disagreements. They are on there because they have abrasive or irritating personalities. No point of losing my mind by arguing with people like that.

I love discussing and debating and feeling out different people's ideologies. It is fun and opens up a new world of viewpoints to analyze and think about.

The latter has been on my list for quite some time, while I mentioned the former at the time I did it. I never ignore someone for simple disagreements, as I enjoy debating the issues like many people. Generally, I skim past most people I don't feel like reading. There are exceptions though.

But seriously, I've never placed anyone on ignore. I genuinely do enjoy reading everyone's posts, as I feel that everyone has something valuable to contribute to the discussion. Although I will say that Seriously? is pushing it with his right wing nut jobbery trolling, and that one yellow avatar from Indiana (I think it's Rep. JCL or something like that) who claims to be a libertarian but then unleashes his inner Fred Phelps/Kim Davis on LGBT issues. They're my two least favorite right-wing posters, and of course jfern (RIP) and Progressive Canadian are the left-wing posters who annoyed me immensely throughout the primary, but I haven't seen them post much lately
