Within this list, I would say Poland. It is hard to fit Putin's and Erdogan's administrations into the left-right scale. Putin's regime might be rigt-wing, but Russia was the home of the first communist revolution in the world.
A country is right-wing when
1) The right stays many years in the government
or
2) Even the left is right-wing by international standards
or
3) The public opinion has right-wing views
or all of them
Besides Poland, I would say that the right-wing countries are Colombia, Honduras, Uganda, Israel and Saudi Arabia.
