You are mistaken.  Wicker has made a point not to earmark at all.  Cochran, on the other hand, is probably the earmarkiest of them all, at least among Republicans.

It might actually be a smart tactic, make a fake arrest, let the real guy get cocky, then nab him.

Apparently there's been a major explosion near Waco, Texas... damaging several buildings.

Now they're saying it's a fertilizer plant, so hopefully it's unrelated. But still, the location, the timing, the use of fertilizer as a bomb...

Anyways, regardless of the cause, I hope no one is seriously injured there. At least it was at night so hopefully no one was close by.
