1.  Ohio Governor John Kasich, will start exploring a presidential run of his own

2.Vice President Joe Biden, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley among them -- will wait to see Hillary Clinton’s plans before deciding whether to run.
