1. The purchase age for beer, wine, and spirits is set to sixteen years of age.
2. There shall be no minimum age of consumption for alcohol so long as a designated parent or guardian of the consumer is present. In instances where the respective parent(s) or guardians of the consumer are not present, the age of consumption is established at 16.
3. The offense of purchasing alcohol for those under sixteen years of age is defined as a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine not in excess of $300.

Section 2:
1. The purchase age for Psilocybin Mushrooms, Dimethylytyptamine, Lsysergic acid diethylamide, MDMA, Mescaline is set to sixteen years of age.
2. The offense of purchasing the aforementioned substances for those under sixteen is defined as a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine not in excess of $300.

Section 3:
1. There shall be no criminal penalties for the recreational use if any other psychoactive drugs not mentioned in this bill, regardless of their legal status.
2. This legislation shall go into effect upon passage
