I'm guessing he'd be a lot happier as an executive, as he is now, than working in the legislative branch.  Still, once he's done as governor, he may be searching for something else to do, and it would be great to see him pick off Boxer, if possible.

The presidency is out.  The constitution isn't going to be changed for Arnold, or Jenny.
