He started out wanting ensure that nothing like The Holocaust ever happened again, but the hateful rhetoric used to push for invading Iraq and the backlash against the Iraq War helped to create the alt-right and ISIS rose in Hussein's place.

Nah, he belongs to the great heel of Internationalism and hasn't done anything to save face like though, Obama and Carter aside, none in the world of foreign policy have remotely tried to save face.
