It's ever so slightly more urban than Indiana as a whole IIRC, so I'm thinking Cruz and Clinton.

Here's my overall predictions:

Cruz - 51%
Trump - 37%
Kasich - 12%

Clinton - 52%
Sanders - 48%

Vigo county will go massively Trump. Although it is fairly urban and has Indiana State University, the political base here is conservative ex democrat types. The kind of people who like Donald Trump and also John Gregg. I predict Vigo County goes narrowly Trump and overwhelmingly Gregg in November.

Vigo will be a strong county for Trump, more than statewide.  Cruz's strength will be in places like Hamilton Co. and other Indianapolis suburbs, and in the Northeast (Ft Wayne area).
