It's one thing for gutter journalists Buzzfeed to report something. Another entirely for the Times or Wapo to do so.

This story has wheels guys

I think there's something to be said about how much the NYC is promoting this story. I imagine loads of people have called newspapers with random accusations against Trump and Clinton. The fact that they're going so far to publicize these women's stories leads me to think they must have done some extreme vetting to make sure these aren't just attention-seekers.

Times would have vetted this story very carefully given how explosive it is.

He filed one against Bill Maher for calling Trump Sr an Orangutan.

The judge threw it out. Winning lawsuits against the media is extremely hard

I don’t want to defend the Trumpster and I wouldn’t be surprised if he were doing such dishonest things. But I have to confess, that the timing of the publication raises some questions. Why now? I think the same rules should apply to everybody including a national embarrassment like Trump: Innocent until proven guilty. If these allegations are true, the women should sue the Trumpster, and they have every right that their respective case will be listened to by attorneys and courts. However, the story with the lock rooms is very plausible.

Some women need validation before going public because otherwise they will have mud thrown at them in a futile effort. We should commend their bravery.

I just say that the timing may raise questions. The same in Bill Clinton’s case(s), though I read somewhere that a pro-Drumpf Pac paid at least one of the four women who accused Bill of rape. I personally think that these allegations against Trump are either entirely or largely correct. And I’m pretty sure that there plenty of other cases of sexual assault by Trump that haven’t been revealed yet. This is a dude who has zero respect for women and only sees them as objects for his own beneficial.
Remember Herman Cain's fall from grace?

One person empowers many more.

And Cosby, Saville, Roger Ailes ..

Melania Trump is suing someone for claiming she was friendly to her.

you can't make that up

These letters are just intimidation tactics to prevent other victims from coming forward. She has no intention of suing or she wouldn't have posted the letters to twitter.

I hope media houses are vetting the accusers well.

Just to remind folks, it took him three answers to deny if he had sexually assaulted someone. Anderson Cooper had to repeat the question thrice

This is tending down the path of Weiner/Jerry Sandusky.

Ironically, Trump called Weiner the most horrible sexual pervert, or something along those lines

The GOP primary electorate rewarded his bad behaviour. It actively encouraged Trump abandoning the usual rules of political civility. As a result he was never properly evaluated and became progressively more unhinged

and yeah, the fake guy WAS the evidence trump/pence were talking about.

A campaign aide confirms that @nypost story is what Trump/Pence were referring to when they mentioned evidence to refute accusers' claims

This has to be a joke..a very cruel joke, but a joke nonetheless

Problem is that unless there's audio or video, it's going to fade away pretty quickly

Depending on what it shows, multiple pictures could be bad as well. Like doing coke with 15 year old girls.

Yeah pictures would be gold too, especially if they show something illegal. Anyways, I'll believe it when I see it.

All parties involved in this (DailyBeast, Rick Wilson) are habitual hype masters with little to back it up

I bet it's a usual Trump piece. The fact they have to hype it shows it's pretty weak compared to bombshells like the PussyGrabber video and Tax returns.
