In regards to Mrs. Bachman's comment, I find it funny that I said i would vote for Eisenhower, and you said you would vote for Stevenson. I understand why (Eisenhower being a carryover of the New Deal policies and Stevenson being much more moderate than he is given credit as) but it's still funny.

Another interesting fact is that we all seem to stick with our parties through thick and thin, even if they would be considered liberal/conservative by todays standards (Fremont and Lincoln as liberals, Jackson and WJB as conservatives).
