They're people who put a ball through a hoop for a living, not world leaders. Trump doesn't need to win them over.

Agree. Warriors. San Francisco. What a cesspool.

looks like Trump's attacks are working on his low IQ base

We proved to be a lot more successful than the "high IQ" base of Madame President

You guys still talking about Hillary and the election? Kaepernick is a son of a bitch, Arpaio is a great man, worthy of pardon, and Putin is a good guy while America is not so innocent. Nobody hates America more than Trump

When you go on and on like a troll talking about Trump's "low IQ" base, it makes you wonder about our "high IQ" opposition.

If you continue to support a guy who is hell bent on dividing the country for his own gratification then you are a low IQ idiot. Trump is so obvious about the fact he doesn't care about anyone but himself, whether through his health care bill, or the fact he called his earliest and most loyal supporter Jeff Sessions an idiot for rescuing himself (which he was legally required to do). Trump doesn't care about his supporters or the Republican party...all he cares about is himself and enriching himself through the executive. Trump supporters are like those gullible people who get scammed by late night infomercials selling pyramid schemes...anyone one who continues to fall for such an obvious con, who also btw literally has a 40 year history of conning people, is an idiot.

Woah! I have been educated and enlightened!

I don't think that's even possible, Alabama.

Anyways, there's nothing wrong with making a career out of sports, entertainment, or anything else. I certainly don't agree they're deserving of the salaries they receive, but that's the product of the market you guys adore. Their status in our society is a product of the consumer culture and its capitalist underpinnings. What's the point of degrading them on account of their career choice? Do you espouse equal revulsion towards people like Mitt Romney who built his wealth producing nothing, but engaging in venture capital, and inheritance, yet was your party's nominee? Or the countless other elite members of society whose careers were in the financial industry (among others)? At least basketball players can be inspirational figures (for better or worse) and the industry (despite its flaws) serves as a means to upward mobility for many underprivileged people. That's better than what can be said for the ways in which Trump and most other millionaires made (ahem, inherited) their wealth.

It's always the same shtick with you Trump supporters....you troll to cope. Trump doesn't have to accomplish anything to keep getting your support other than to heap on the daily red meat. No president has had a worse record of legislative accomplishments yet you guys will keep giving him a pass. All Republicans needed to turn out against Obama is the perception of him being lazy (Fox news running clips of him golfing in2010) because that plays into their lazy black man meme. Meanwhile, Trump is literally the laziest and most corrupt president and you guys will forever let him get away with it while holding every other politician to a different standard

Being called a troll by Mondale LOLOLOLOL

Keep coping. Trump won't make you rich or get you out of the trailer park

How's classism any better than racism or sexism?

Your state's main industries are dying and has a severe opioid crisis and we're the cesspool?

Neither is a cesspool, first off. Second, why're you going to denigrate a place and its people for the actions of the industries that have exploited then abandoned them?

What would these athlete's salaries be in muh socialist system?

Ideally, wages wouldn't exist. The market that determines those wages wouldn't exist, so it'd be determined by other mechanisms during the transition period.
