Borloo quitting French government, opening a slight possibility that there will be one candidate able to kill Bayrou, Villepin and Morin and to make things a bit more suspenseful in the 2nd round between Sarkozy and Strauss-Kahn.

You've truncated my post !!!
I think it's better to have him outside than inside.
I didn't want him to go definitely.

The point is : with all the exceptional things that happened in the world in 2010, passionating contests Brazil, UK, Australia, a major health care bill passing in the US, followed by an unseen primary season and a somewhat surprising election night, not to forget interestings elections in Sweden, Belgium and many other countries, two highly mediatized and (initially) encouraging elections in Africa, your favorite moment in 2010 was... a damn and mostly useless French government change ?!?

FTR, as I only read this today: I was of course joking Grin.

But the potential developments in the centre right fascinate me, of course.
When the MRG (PRG) was a "big" party (Tongue), I was also fascinated to try to put every local bigwig in the right wing inside the party.
Politics is only about elections and inside life of political parties, you know Cheesy !
