Since someone else posted it here as "proof" of what rural America is like.

My take: This is an inane piece of garbage so unreadable I wonder if the writer has brain damage and I'd advise against trying to understand it to avoid potential brain damage.

     Seriously, try looking at the neighborhoods where people live in San Francisco, or public school classes in New York. Someone operating under the assumption that these liberal havens are wonderful paradises would be astonished by the levels of de facto segregation that still exist in America's major cities.
