I think he was better looking than H. Ford, because he was more youthful-looking,  but that's my taste.

Yes, but in a different way than Ford. Hamill had more of a boyish prettiness to him, while Harrison Ford was simply perfect as the dashing, debonair rogue that was Han Solo.

Hamill still looked good after his facial reconstruction surgery too...just noticeably different and not quite as handsome.

He was perfect as Luke Skywalker, so yeah, I guess you can say he was…good Luking.
