Spare me the conjured outrage, because you all know perfectly well what I'm getting at here.

Yes, that you think Netanyahu trying to get the Jews out of Europe before they can be butchered is somehow equivalent or relatable to Hitler closing off the exits and butchering them en masse.

It might be an idea for everyone to calm down.

Everyone is a big word for an exchange that only involved two people.

The weapon used at "Kudttønden" was a Canadian manufactured M/95 assault rifle (firing 700-900 rounds a minute), which has been the Danish military standard weapon since 1995. It is not a weapon that is generally available on the black market in Denmark or neighbouring countries - so probably stolen from the Army.

Apparently Netanyahu wants to finish the job Hitler started.

This wouldn't surprise me at all, especially with the news that Bibi may have leaked secrets on the Iran nuclear deal with the Israeli press.

Shootings at synagogues, swastikas on graves, it seems as though Netanyahu and his goons are going into overdrive trying to fan the flames of antisemitism as much as possible and scare gullible Jews into moving to Israel.

30.000 participated in a memorial cermony in Copenhagen today. Also memorials across the country and at the Danish embassy in Berlin.

The Mayor of Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo and her deputy Patrick Klugman were there along with Charlie Hebdo journalist Patrick Pelloux. Nice gesture.

Any political reaction so far? Heightened security for instance?

Heightened protection of Jewish institutions for an unlimited period. Lots of talk about increased police powers, more surveilance etc. All four Blue Bloc leaders had an opinion piece about it in Jyllands-Posten.

The M/95 was stolen from a Home Guard member and that is controversial because the government promised to ban Home Guard members from having weapons at home back in 2011 and has done nothing about it. They will likely ban it now, but SD still drag their feet. The Red-Greens demand a ban. The Conservatives are "open for a discussion" as long as the weapons are kept at local depots, while the Liberals are against it.

So the time and location of the funeral was made public? I think they should have kept it secret, for this exact reason.

There're one Muslim burial ground in Denmark and it was up to the family, how they would do it, and there was no endangering of the public.

Also from a practical POV this is excellent to make the scum show themselves.

BTW there's between 200-270 000 Muslims in Denmark, so so over 0,2% of all Danish Muslims took part in his burial.
