Is it just me, or does it seem really tacky to have pundits bloviate about the candidates immediately before the debate in front of the audience?

Like he's going downhill tonight or he's going uphill and will be going downhill after this?

The former. His performance is quite lackluster so far, and the exposure from the debate is going to cut his huge name recognition advantage as well.

Jeb and Walker putting in an extremely bland yet competent performance. Probably the best idea for them considering they're currently sitting at #2 and #3.

Great closing statement from Cruz. Surprisingly good and humorous one from Carson. Doesn't make up for the rest of the debate, but luckily for him it's a "last impression."
