Well they won't send the text out until all time zones has crossed the noon mark and AK don't cross the noon mark until 4pm EST.

I think it will not be Biden or Bayh or Kaine, I believe that is why he is waiting so long. Also he has all of America in his hands right now waiting.  I think its someone that we don't even know that has been asked.
