As SPC said, that was a jungle primary poll. She has been down in every recent run-off poll that I can remember.

She has led in 2 of the 7 polls this year.

The last runoff poll by any of the major pollsters was in February, and she was winning that.

Remember, this campaign won't be happening in a vacuum. The Republicans just don't have anything positive to offer, and I think people will realize it. I think that's why Tom Cotton is collapsing up in Arkansas. I suspect this will happen in other states too once the campaigning picks up.

All this said, I think it's a shame Louisiana won't have a progressive senator. They best they'll get is a fairly conservative Democrat like Landrieu.

Bandit:
-she voted for Obamacare
-she voted for DODD FRANK
-she voted for  DADT
-she voted for the minimum wage increase.
-she's pro union

I wouldn't call her a conservative democrat.

Doesn't she support Keystone XL?

Actually, "right-to-work" doesn't say people don't have to join unions. Federal law already says you don't have to join, even if you're not in a "right-to-work" state. What "right-to-work" laws say is that people don't have to pay fees to the unions for the services they receive. In other words, they can just freeload, and force union workers to subsidize nonunion labor.

I'll give her credit for being better than Ben Nelson (the Nebraska guy).
