I’m from Alaska, but whatever.

So this bill is meant to continue the bill that was passed last time to continue for a few more years. Other then a few minor aesthetic changes and crossing out the last section entirely out of insolvency, it is ready to be passed and really speaks for itself

Haven't we banned anti-homeless architecture before? And don't we already have a seperate public housing program?
Yes, that’s why I urged that the clause should be removed. This merely extends that program
