Yeah it's certainly possible. If O' Rourke is doing well against Cruz maybe the Dem nominee can leech off his success. If one of the Castro's enters the race this is Lean/Likely R.

It'd take a damn big wave to take down Abbott, but if O'Rourke is able to get a campaign off the ground and is running well enough, that might entice Joaquín into running.  In that case it'd be Lean R/Tossup.

Ah I see the coked up moron has arrived.

Look your hero Trump is crashing and burning as we speak, his presidency should be a pile of Rubble by Next November, Abbott will not win by the margin he did in 14' with this Orange buffoon as President.  If the wave is as big as it should be it should get one of the Castros in, and that'll bring this to a Lean R/Tossup Race.
