No I mocked you yesterday about saying Miami Dade wouldn't be under 60 40, that was a bit bold although I was thinking 61 39 myself, everyone is shocked. I don't think even the Doomers thought Miami Dade would be this bad!
The answer could be just turnout rather than vote switching although I doubt it based on the swing.

The President has a lot more power over Cuban-American relations than the Governor of Florida has. It's inconsequential if the FL governor is "soft on Cuba" but it matters a lot of the President is.

They don’t exist. The reason Miami-Dade was closer than 2018 was because of Cuban voters who stayed home that year. They would have overwhelmingly broke for DeSantis had they showed up.

This. Probably just a lower income Cuban who votes on foreign policy in Presidential and Congressional races but economic issues on state and local level races.
