The easiest way to lose weight, and never be hungry, is to just cut out pasta, bread, rice and potatoes from your diet entirely. The pounds will just fall off your body the way the meat falls off from the bone with slow cooked baby back pork ribs. You don't even need to count the calories. Now if only it were that easy when it comes to buffing up, and maintaining your sex drive and performance as you hit senior citizen status, life would be just perfect!

The barrier Jeff needs to break through is using food as a reward system. He's had a hard day as he views it, and thinks he "deserves" a Big Mac as a reward for all of that sweat and toil (as he sees it - what you all see is irrelevant). He needs to switch out food for sex basically as a reward system. It very simple really. That's the basic trap fats find themselves in.
