I think Mr. Fulks is doing a good job so far on Biden's Campaign. I think Mr. Fulks needs more airtime though. We will see what happens though.

That is exactly right. Senator Warnock ran a fine campaign. Mr. Fulks was very instrumental in making sure Senator Warnock made all of the smart moves. Senator Warnock ran a smart, classy, high road campaign.

This is the first I'm hearing of his name, so I'm going to go with yes.

Surrogates in general, are going to be integral to the Biden campaign. Whether they're the Obamas, Governors, Senators, or personalities like this.
