   Any ideas on what this ruling will mean for churches and other religious organization that aren't accepting of this?

Nothing.

Churches can legally refuse to perform interracial marriages. Of course, somebody will perform the marriage. Nobody needs to be get married  of the "Church of Adolf Hitler" when there are so many alternatives, including court houses. 

That church wouldn't be a Christian church, they would be a Hitler worship church. Ever heard of the Church of Beer, where they worship beer?

now we hopefully can gradually stop talking about SSM and LGBT in general in political discourse.  (I'm a dreamer)

No, there's still plenty of LGBT rights issues left, this is just the biggest one.

Besides the fact that 3 states are still pretending this ruling didn't happen.

Not sure where the inconsistency lies.

I don't believe conversion therapy works. It's not possible to dislike something that is uncontrolled or chosen now ?

Once again, there are a very small few people that it does work on. Small as in maybe 1 out of 10000.
