You are only allowed to change regional registration once every six months. You already changed from Maryland to Maine, and so your move to Nevada is invalid.

Just a note - I'm pretty sure the ballot access deadline is up (the election starts tomorrow night), so if you do enter you'll be a write-in candidate.

And if he does enter, he will be unable to vote for himself as well, since he registered after all of the voting eligibility deadlines (72 hours for Fremont, 168 hours for Lincoln).
