Ceredigion goes to Plaid

"Majority" of 104

(Why do they call it a majority when they only won 29% of the vote?)

Feel free to ignore if this has already been discussed, but what has the relationship historically been between the Tories and DUP? Is a coalition all but inevitable, or will there be a good deal of wrangling between the two?
Let's just say this, I'll be surprised if they form a formal coalition. It will probably just be some sort of soft association

Here's a map of coal mines in the UK. Anybody want to comment on what it looks remarkably similar too? Smiley

Well It's not surprising, A big chunk of Labour's vote in the past were Working Class voters, and they normally live in those areas.

A swing of just 2% from Con to Labour would see the party make 40 gains at next general election. Current total 262. Need 320 for majority.

A swing of just 1% from Lab to Cons at next election would yield 19 gains. Enough for a clear working majority of 16.

That did not vote number is horrific... People should be proud to be able to have the right to be involved in the democratic process.
