The first thing I thought was that this will get 'Clintonworld' annoyed; they blacklisted Senator McCaskill after she made similar comments in 2007, apparently joked about Ted Kennedy dying in 2009 etc etc.

All this will do is mean that a small band of Hillary die-hards won't vote for Gillibrand in the primary, like 2-3 staffers will run their mouths and a couple of donors will turn away.

However both 2008 and 2016 really show that whatever consists of 'Clintonworld' is mostly deadwood

In the era of corruption with Trump,  she's appearing anti corruption by saying Clinton should of resigned. But,  had she been in Senate,  she would have acquitted him.

Yeah, there's not a problem with that is there? It's perfectly possible to think someone should resign for unethical behavior/bad judgement whilst equally not saying they should be removed from office for any crimes they've committed.
