Biden as a person, Hillary would probably make a better President though.

Joe Biden, and it isn't particularly close. However, I still like H-dog. But I just love Uncle Joe.

How so? Joe Biden has overall been more effective in dealing with congress and his views on foreign policy are more balanced and less hawkish than Hillary. While both have a record of achieving good things, I think Joe Biden much better identifies with struggling people due to his life story compared to her. Neither is he less committed to women's rights or civil rights.

Hillary would probably have been a better president, but Biden is a better candidate. Although honestly, who knows? Maybe Biden really will be able to work better with Republicans (they called him the “Republican Whisperer” when Obama was president) and have a D trifecta to get more done than Hillary ever would have. She probably would have been impeached over the emails and never had a majority. This all says more about circumstance and the GOP/public than it does Hillary, though. In a vacuum or another time she would have been a great president. And I personally really like her, even though I know that puts me in the minority. I like presidents to be smarter and more knowledgable than I am, don’t really care if they would be great beer buddies. Although by all accounts Hillary actually is; everyone who meets her says she is much warmer one-on-one than she is in front of a crowd. I really think she’s just a misunderstood introvert in many ways.

Biden seems way less corrupt and less destructive when it comes to foreign policy.

Any examples?

If I recall correctly, when Obama was deliberating about intervention in Libya/Syria, Biden was on the dove side and HRC played hawk.

Biden also advocated against Hillary's proposed troop increase in Afghanistan early on in Obama's administration
