The owned outright and Mortgaged maps are similar.

The owned outright I assume generally older people (and by ward location more Conservative).

Basically. Richer too (although that goes without saying really). The partial exception in East Ham is interesting though not too surprising.

I suppose you could get a mortgage at 25 and pay it off after 25 years and be a 51 year old labour voter with no mortgage.

It covers both the southern and the southeastern parts of the city of Leicester's boundaries, so it's as accurate as it needs to be, imo.

Thats tame for you. I thought you would like Aylestone, Stoneygate and Highfields?
