The delay is mine, nothing to do with the players. Once I update United Kingdom I will set the timetable to you know when to have things in order. I suspect with the UK active there will be a lot of diplomatic movement, so I will give a reasonable span of time.

Garlan has been sent relevant info, he gets to pick his Prime Minister (Churchill or a Conservative replacement). Mauldania has not been on the forum since June 14, so he's out as well, a BBC report will notify on MacArthur's fate when I know who Garlan will play as. So the USA is now open, and going into the future we will give full priority for new players to take over as large countries instead of the small ones.

If you want to play USA, you're free to pick one of those three or select a President/Commander in Chief installed with the support of the troika.
