The Angels really should consider using Shohei Ohtani as their DH on days he's pitching too...

We have our first no-hitter of the season...congratulations Sean Manaea.

Anyone have him on their fantasy teams, BTW? He's been on fire so far.

Major League Baseball set a record for weather related postponements with 26.

This April has been crazy weather wise.

The Mets are walking train wreck.

Yesterday they managed to be the first team in two years to bat out of order.

If they keep this up, I'll become a Yankees fan.

Then you’re apparently not much of a Mets fan to begin with.

No, I just have no hope.

I think the closest comparison I could make is the Cleveland Browns, who have gone through about twenty starting Quarterbacks since re-entering the NFL in 1999... and have only had two winning seasons... going 1-31 the past two years.

That's how little faith I have in the Mets.

Besides, If I did switch loyalties to the Yankees, I'd probably curse them with horrible luck.

Jeez. What the heck happened to Matt Harvey. He was supposed to be such a great pitcher a few years ago. I think he had TJS but then came back mostly 100%... Bummer, such promise

Well, at least in Cincinnati he won't have the nightlife to distract him...but that was only a third of his problems.

Somehow the Mariners are tied for the lead in the AL West. Did they put something in the water in Seattle?

Houston vs. Boston and New York: 4-7
Los Angeles vs. Boston and New York: 1-8
Seattle vs. Boston and New York: 0-0

That's a good point.

But all Seattle has to do to win the West is beat up their opponents in the division. They're 15-12 in the division at this point, heading into a crucial two game series with Houston on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Mariners apparently swept Houston in their two game series, because they now hold a two game lead over the Astros.

Meanwhile, you know the NL West is bad when the tanking San Diego Padres are only 4.5 games back of the lead as of this minute.
