So is there a thing with Republican Senators where they physically can't accept Obama's court nominees? Do they try but just can't bring themselves to do it? Or maybe Tillis is just an idiot.

They did with Sotomayor and Kagan. This year they are simply abiding by the Biden Rules.

First off, "the Biden Rules" aren't a thing. Second, even if they were, Senate Republicans have been following them for about 6/8 years of this Presidency. You don't think that's kinda nutty?
