Very hard question
Since Collins is more liberal than Nelson, maybe I would vote for her. However, she's a Republican and would have to please or at least neutralize GOP conservative base to stay at the top.
Nelson, on the other hand, is fairly conservative fellow, but he would also have to deal with his core: largerly liberal Democrat base and may move to the left, which would be cool for me.
Hard question.
