Is there a reason you left out Canada, but have Australia?

I have a pic in the gallery about Canada.......but it costs me 5 death points everytime I use it

The french influence in parts.
The high taxes.
The dislike of America by many.

1) Racist.. (well, something like that)
2) Not a valid reason to dislike a country
3) Again, racist.
4) Not much worse than the US
