I'll reserve judgement on whether the FBI is trigger happy until I know what "flipped out" means.

Sure, I don't know if this is the case here though. My post was poking fun at the internet conspiracy theorists, who will easily be able to tie this into their absurd theories.

Gotcha.  We'll see how the facts play out.  I'm just curious if the only witness to the dead guy's behavior is the agent who shot him......we'll see.
