Topless women in public - if they have a license
Full nudity in public - for women only, and only if they have a license
Why for women only? For the viewing pleasure of men? And how would you give them licenses?

Strip clubs are generally regarded as private businesses, I would imagine. So are brothels. As much as I scorn both, they are private property and should not be under government regulations regarding decency (provided that all other laws are being complied with; exempli gratia, zoning restrictions and no minors allowed).

because I don't want to see some fat guy with his package out walking down the street, an attractive girl on the other hand would be quite nice. They get a license by going apply for one, then a panel of 9 heterosexual men and 1 lesbian decides if she's attractive enough, and grants it if she is. If they're naked they can strap it to their leg or arm like strippers do with their money.
What about women and gay men who wouldn't mind seeing some virile, hunky studs walking down the street naked? But good luck with that system - as long as my tax dollars aren't pumped into those efforts to legalize selective nudity. Roll Eyes

Uh, what?

if strip clubs weren't considered public, the government wouldn't be able to ban smoking in them.
Personally, I don't see why the government should care if people smoke in strip clubs. If they want lung cancer that's fine with me. I don't go to strip clubs so there is no danger of me inhaling second-hand smoke from patrons. Is alcohol legal in strip clubs? If so then why isn't smoking?

Wait, so this is when you suddenly favour government intervention (enforcement, whatever) in supposedly privately owned strip clubs, BRTD? I'm confused... Huh

So tell me Opebo, how do you get a cat to consent?

Consent?  I just said it should be legal.
So you support legalization of rape?
Of course he does. If it involves sex, it should be legal.
