Rank New York's five boroughs

On what basis are we ranking? If it's livability, the Bronx is obviously last. If it's affordability, clearly Manhattan is last.

You know, there are plenty of areas in The Bronx that are just fine. The South Bronx doesn't speak for the entire borough.

But there's nowhere in the Bronx which is nicer than anywhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens (only a slight exaggeration).

Is a tiny sliver of the Bronx. Much like judging Staten Island based on Tompkinsville would be a big mistake. (I did say it was a slight exaggeration.)
