We have West Pakistan, East Pakistan and now a hypothetical South Pakistan which would consist mostly for the Muslims of Kerala (25% Muslim), Karnataka (5% Muslim), Tamil Nadu (5% Muslim), Andhra Pradesh (9% Muslim).

How does history play out? Does South Pakistan eventually leave or stay?

Things to consider:

South Indians speak languages that are not Indo-Euro but Dravidian-based.
They practice a different school of thought of Islam than North Indians do, the Sunnis at least.

Where would it be? Not even Hyderabad is majority-Muslim.
