What is the reasoning of that sentence? From a historical perspective, there are far more interesting presidents such as Hipólito Yrigoyen or Arturo Frondizi and even Juan Domingo Perón is undeniably fascinating, although I dislike him. In the present time I'd pick other leaders, even though the available stuff isn't brilliant... at least among the best placed candidates for president.

Also, while we're talking about Argentina, I was going through Pew's international stats, and Argentinians have a much more negative view of the US than any other Latin American country--does anyone know why? It's not like other countries in that area of the world have much reason to dislike the USA less than Argentina...
