Obama + 11.5
Clinton + 2.1
Biden + 2.8

This seat is based primarily around Akron taking in all of Summit County, in addition to taking in Canton. It used to be a bastion of Dem strength in the state but during the Trump years became competitive. One positive sign for Democrats is that Emilia Skyes won the seat by 5% in 2022 outrunning Biden.

I personally think Biden holds it in large part thanks to Brown and Skyes - an abnormal amount of Dem money will be spent here this cycle which may marginally boost turnout, especially black turnout enough for Biden to hold on.

Dems should invest in that seat, for the congresisonal elections btw. A good Brown campaing should end up with Biden winning the district.

Trump narrowly wins it but Skyes is still re-elected.
