Looks like total turnout could hit some 136 million ...

There are still about 3-4 million ballots left in CA and a couple million in other states.

This would mean 59% turnout, the same as in 2012.

No. There are max. 2.5 million left in CA. Not more.

Big ones left are (estimated)
  
CA    2.2 million
OH   320K
WA   200K
FL     160K
AZ    150K
CO     80K
GA     80K

Florida certified on Sun its results: Trump 4,617,886 (49.02%), Clinton 4,504,975 (47.82%), Others 297,178 (3.15%).  So, FL was only +5K since Nov 19 not 160K. The other states have less votes to count as well. Especially OH.

NV certified it's results today: Clinton 539,260 (47.92%), Trump 512,058 (45.50%), Others 74,067 (6.58%).

Fun fact: Had 8 people less voted for Trump in NV, he would fall to below 45.5%.

Trump currently at 45.9997% that's 329 votes short from the 46%
from out of 136.7M votes cast !!!

With ca. 80K votes left according to jaichind.

Tennessee certifies: Trump 1,522,925 (60.7%), Clinton 870,695 (34.7%), Others 114,407 (4.6%). Worst loss for a Dem in TN since 1972.
