I don't see how this happens at all. They may be similar in Trade and some toning but besides that they are vastly different people and i doubt either one would ever endorse the other. However lets say reality is turned off for a second. Bernie endorses Trump. The most obvious result from this is some of Sanders more loyal followers would come to support Trump since Bernie endorsed him. This would obviously hurt Clinton since these people more likely then not still voted for Clinton. I think in the end, Trump would hold onto all the states he held and add New Hampshire, Minnesota, and Maine to his vote. Nevada and more notably Colorado would be closer.
